GEAR OILS

Mark Gear Oil ZN, 100,150, 220, 320, 460Download product Specification

Mark Alpha ZN grades are Zinc based antiware gear oils blended form highly refined thermally and chemically stable mineral oil base stocks and carefully selected additives comprising of anti-ware, anti- rust, anti- oxidant and antifoam additives.

These oils are recommended for use in

  • Worm wheel and spur gearboxes operating under normal and non critical conditions.
  • Circulation, splash bath and ring oiling system.

Mark Gear Oil SP- 100, 150, 220, 320, 460 Download product Specification

Mark Gear Oil SP series are premium grade extreme pressure type industrial gear lubricants. These grades contain sulphur- phosphorous compounds.

These grades are blended form high quality base stocks, fortified with extreme pressure additives, Anti- oxidation agents, anti-rust and anti foam additives. These grades have excellent oxidation ,thermal stability and low foaming and good demulsibility characteristics.

Mark Gear Oil SP grades are designed to meet lubrication requirement of enclosed gear drives of industrial all heavy duty enclosed gear drives with circulation of splash lubrication system operating under heavy or shock load conditions up to temperature of 100oC.Continuous operation at this temperature may reduce service life of the oils, These grades can also be used for lubrication of chain drives, sprockets, flexible coupling, plain and roller bearings

Mark Gear Oil SP -680 & 1000 Download product Specification

Mark SP-680 and SP-1000 premium quality extreme pressure type gear oils.

These grades are formulated from highly refined base oils stocks and special additive package containing sulphur phosphorous. These grades have excellent, thermal stability, low foaming and good demulsibility characteristics. These products are not recommended for use in gear drives with brass and bronze components.

Mark gear oil SP- 680 and SP-1000 are designed to meet lubrication requirements of enclosed gear drives of industrial machinery working under heavy shock load conditions. These oils can also be used for lubrication of chain drives. Sprockets, flexible couplings and roller bearings.

These grades are recommended maximum bulk fluid temperature, 100-110 oC. Continuous operation at this temperature may reduce service life of the oil.

These grades offers following performance benefits:

  • Minimum gear tooth ware under heavy shock load conditions
  • At elevated temperature reduce oil thickening
  • Rust and corrosion protection during idling period.
  • Quick water separation in event of leakage
